Instructions
In a large salad bowl or platter, add clean dried spinach leaves.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Spoon thumb-sized goat cheese dollops over the salad evenly.
Top with pear slices. Drizzle olive oil & balsamic vinegar, to taste.
Add salt & pepper, to taste.
