Enjoying leftover Pad Thai at home so it tastes fresh only takes a few simple steps. There are 4 easy methods for reheating Pad Thai - including an air fryer, oven or toaster oven, microwave, & stovetop. Choose which recipe is best to warm up Pad Thai noodle stir fry at home.
Heat a wok or skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
Once the pan is hot, add the oil and coat the bottom. Let the oil heat for 1 minute.
While the oil is heating, add the water to the Pad Thai. Mix to coat and separate any noodles that may be sticking together. The Pad Thai should NOT be wet / dripping with water. This would splatter once added to the pan so make sure it is evenly stirred and moist but not wet.
Carefully add the Pad Thai to the pan. Using tongs, stir and toss the stir fry to cook. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until all ingredients are heated thoroughly.
Serve immediately. Add more fresh lime juice, chopped peanuts, fresh cilantro, or Thai Chili Garlic Sauce as needed.
