Combine 2 boxed cake mixes (angel food cake & your favorite flavor) to store whenever the craving hits. Mix & Microwave this sweet treat for one in under 5 minutes.
Combine both cake mixes in a large bowl. Whisk or stir to combine. Store in a large air-tight container in a cool dry place such as the pantry or cupboard.
In a mug add 3 tablespoons of the cake mixture with 2 tablespoons of water. Use a fork or tiny whisk to combine.
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.** Mug & cake will be hot - let cool for 1-2 minutes.
Enjoy straight from the mug. Or remove from and plate. Eat plain or top with a dollop of whipped cream or optional items.
