Keto and low-carb waffles are made with just two ingredients in only 6 minutes. These savory basic chaffles are only 3 net carbs and have a ton of flavor and versatility to enjoy in so many ways. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Turn them into keto pizza, a sandwich, or top with so many. No almond or coconut flour.
While it is heating up, crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk to scramble. Next, add the shredded cheese and mix to combine.
When the waffle iron is ready, pour the mixture into the waffle iron. The batter makes 2 Belgian-sized chaffles. Each waffle cavity can be filled completely. This batter will expand but not as much as regular waffle batter.
Close the waffle iron lid and let cook for 4 minutes. Once ready, lift the lid and pierce an edge of a chaffle with a fork to lift and remove.
