This zero-proof recipe for Berry Ginger Beer Mocktail is refreshing, sweet, & bold. The easy to make beverage without alcohol is a pretty summer drink. Serve over the rocks with fresh fruit for fancy aesthetics. Great for parties, celebrations, BBQs, & poolside.
In a cocktail shaker add the strawberry jelly, lemon juice, & simple syrup.
⅓ cup strawberry jelly, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add a few cubes of ice to the cocktail shaker & place the lid on tight. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to combine the ingredients and get it nice and cold.
Fill two glasses ⅓ of the way with crushed ice.
Pour the strawberry liquid in equal parts over the ice in each glass.
Top off each mocktail with ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.
1 bottle Ginger Beer
Garnish with a few fresh berries and a sprig of fresh mint.
