Notes
Storing & Reheating
Store burger patties in a container with a tight-fitting lid & refrigerator for up to 3 days. The best way to reheat them is in the air fryer at 380° for 5 minutes or place them back on the grill for a few minutes on each side.Though raw Wagyu beef can be frozen for up to 6 months, I do not recommend freezing cooked burgers. It is safe to freeze leftovers but they will be tough & not taste their best. When you spend the money on Wagyu, enjoy it fresh!
