Top the rolls with the meat mixture. Spread into an even layer so all the bread is covered.
Top the meat with a layer of the cheese slices spread out evenly to cover the meat. Place the buns tops over the cheese.
1 pound Provolone Cheese
In a small microwave-safe bowl melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter in the microwave. Add the garlic and paprika and whisk to combine. Use a pastry brush to cover the rolls with the seasoned butter topping.
4 tablespoons salted butter, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika
Cover the sliders with foil. Place in the 375°F preheated oven on the middle rack.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Carefully remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes which helps the cheese set a bit.
Use a sharp knife and cut between the rows of rolls. Serve while warm and Enjoy!
