Only 2 ingredients for this sweet & salty easy 10-minute recipe. The dessert or snack is crunchy, gooey, & chocolatey all in one yummy bite. Great for parties, holidays, & potlucks.
Preheat oven to 350°F.Unwrap the Rolo candies, set aside.
Place half of the Ritz crackers onto the baking pan face side down. Top each with one Rolo candy on the center of each cracker.
Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. The Rolos should still be in tact but soft & just starting to melt.
Remove from the oven. Immediately, place the second cracker onto the melted Rolo face side up. Do a slight press & turn to squish the Rolo & it spreads almost to the edge.
Let cool & set. Enjoy.
