    Eating healthy is delicious when you have a bunch of the best 30-Minute Low-Carb Chicken Recipes in your rotation. With over 20 meal ideas, quick & easy never tasted better.

    What Makes it Low-Carb?

    Dietary restrictions for a low-carb diet can vary. Please consult your physician if following one for best health and a diagnosis, such as diabetes. Most are also high-protein, low-sugar, and keto-approved.

    In general, low-carb can be defined as anything below 100 grams total carbs daily. This is what most low-carb scientific studies tend to follow. Lower numbers may include 40-60 or for keto, even less at 20 net carbs.
