How to Make a Fun Pink Mocktail
The fun part of this sherbet punch mocktail is how it is served. Unlike other recipes made in a big punch bowl, these mocktails are served right in the martini glass. The pretty presentation makes the best pink mocktini.
You can use your fancy glass martini glasses. Or buy some plastic disposable martini glasses like I did. They are best when serving a crowd or children - plus they are cheap & easy to assemble.
Here are the easy steps for pouring a sherbet martini.
- Scoop the Sherbet
- Pour some Punch
- Top with Cherry 7-Up
Gather you glasses and an ice cream scoop. Make sure the 7-up and punch is chilled and cold.
Place a scoop of rainbow sherbet in each martini glass.
Fill up the glass half way with pink fruit punch.
Top it all off with the Cherry 7-Up.
Enjoy immediately. The sherbet will slowly melt & create a creamy foam layer that is irresistible.
It's a dessert & mocktail all in one. What's not to love!

FAQ
Though any sherbet flavor is also yummy, it will change the color of the drink. If you want a true pink color, shoot for rainbow sherbet which some pink along with orange & lime.
Differences and similarities between sherbet and sorbet make them sometimes a good replacement. Sorbet will be less creamy as it has no milk. It is a great substitute for a dairy-free mocktail.
If you wish to cut down on some of the sugar, calories, or sweetness, substitute plain sparkling water for the Cherry 7-UP. It will be a lighter pink color.

These mocktails sound like so much fun Angela. Sadly, we don't get cherry flavoured drinks in Australia, but I'll find a substitute.
