THE BEST SIMPLE CRISPY WINGS
Here is my go-to recipe for making most of my wing recipes. It starts out with seasoning the wings & deep frying them.
The skin comes out crunchy without any dredging through flour, breading, or coating. (low-carb, gluten-free, Whole30, Paleo & keto) The meat is juicy & moist on the inside too.
These fall-off-the-bone wings may be plain but they have tons of flavor as is. Or toss them in your favorite BBQ, Buffalo, or wing seasoning for more kick.
If you have never made wings before, this is the best beginner's recipe. A small deep-fryer big enough for a family of four is all you need.

Drizzle them with my Homemade Hot Honey. Or dip saucy hot & spicy buffalo wings into some Cool Creamy Ranch Dressing without Mayo.
These are all great to serve as a meal too with one of my favorite sides to serve with chicken wings. The Deep-Fried Sweet Potato Fries & Slow Cooker Cream Corn go well with chicken wings.

Storing & Reheating Wings
All these wing recipes store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. I do prefer storing them plain and adding the sauce when I reheat them, but if yours are sauced, it works fine too.
I do not recommend freezing them once cooked and sauced.
To reheat, I do not recommend the microwave - makes they chewy, rubbery, & you lose all that crispiness. My favorite way is in my guide how to reheat chicken wings in the air fryer.
Or you can reheat in the oven or toaster oven at 400°F. Heat until warm in the center - about 165°F internal temperature.
I admit, I like to eat wings cold out of hte fridge too - so go for it, no need to wait while they warm up!
